Dolphins Lead is a year-long program where you will learn valuable leadership and professional skills that will help you as you advance in your education and begin a career.

When does Dolphins Lead meet?
Dolphins Lead meets twice a month on Tuesdays. Meetings start at 12:30 p.m.
Each meeting will focus on an important leadership or professional skill. Each month you will have the chance to meet with business leaders in the community to see how you can use these skills in real life. Free lunch is always provided.
What will I learn in Dolphins Lead?
Each month you will learn about a new aspect of professionalism and leadership. Topics include networking, professional communication, dressing for success, working with teams, goal setting, budgeting and more.
Why participate in Dolphins Lead?
This a great chance for you to gain valuable leadership and professional skills while making new friends and building your resume. Student who participate are leaders on campus and will get the tools needed to stand out in job interviews and when applying to prestigious four-year universities.
At the end of the year you will be honored as a Dolphins Lead graduate at a special luncheon for your family, recognized at ACC Awards Day and receive a letter of recommendation from a dean of the president of Alvin Community College.
In addition you will have a chance to network with local business leaders and make new connections with your fellow students, faculty, staff and the community.
